we were greeted warmly by cassie, and we had told her we were there celebrating a birthday. about an hour later she sent a bottle of champagne and chocolates up to our room! an amazing unexpected touch. everything else was fantastic too, including but not limited to the views of lake michigan and the city, the drinks at the bar downstairs, the exceptional service from all of the staff, and everything in between. great view of navy pier and the fireworks there at night. loved the rocking chairs out front. location is very convenient to walk to michigan avenue and lots of great restaurants close to hotel.

I was given a double room with central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV. The decor was nice, the beds were comfortable.

The room is silent and trendy, it comes with Internet access, a microwave and dobble beds...

Luxury hotel with brand-new rooms, splendid views of the lake. Outstandingly helpful staff members with good service, perfectly comfortable and decent location. Near a good seafood restaurant. Outstanding and delicious food for breakfast.

The stay here was perfectly pleasant during our visit. Had great value for money and brand-new double room on the lower floors and wake-up service was available in it. The location couldn't be more incredibly comfortable and decent on the lake. The lobby restaurant for choices of dining was the best part.

The total stay was pleasant for my first visit. They gave me a good value for money and brand-new room with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The hotel was in an ideal location, close to everything downtown.

Really small bathroom, and the breakfast was standard.

The room was good-sized and newly furnished, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, greatly enjoyed it. We did not want to leave and would come here again.

I was traveling with my wife and overall it was luxurious hotel. The location was magnificent and stunning, not very far from Navy Pier. The property was in a very nice area. I appreciated this hotel and would stay here again.

It is a functional and modern property located in Magnificent Mile district so close to Magnificent Mile and a “ W ” establishment. I truly enjoyed super-friendly personnel that ensures guests have a really amazing stay. The breakfast is free and amazing with bacon and 3 waffles eggs, as example, had everything you could imagine. The location is MARVELLOUS, on the parade or anything that's happening in the area.

Amazing location with bars and restaurants walking distance to the place. Newly decorated room with dobble beds and an awesome view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Fast check-in, late check-out.

It was a wonderful stay during my visit. The location was good for walking around a downtown museum.
